Incubation Information

It is important to have two different thermometers for each incubator, one reading the ambient temperature in the incubator and the other taking the temperature from inside the container with the eggs. The reason for this is that egg container temperatures can vary up to two degrees cooler than the ambient incubation temperature depending on factors such as the type of incubator and humidity levels. Below are pictures of some of our incubators, along with some close up shots of the thermometers and egg containers.
