Live Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee all of our reptiles to arrive alive, healthy, feeding, and to be of top quality.   Furthermore, we guarantee all of our reptiles to be properly sexed unless other wise stated.   Rest assured if you are not happy with your purchase we will make every effort to solve the problem to your satisfaction.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase we must be notified within 24 hours of the customer receiving the package.

 If your shipment has not arrived by 12:00 noon, you must call us!   We will contact the carrier and find out the status of your animal - if you contact us by 12:00 noon, we will cover carrier error!  If you do not contact us by 12:00 noon, we can no longer guarantee for live arrival or carrier error!

If any animals you received have arrived dead, please contact JMG Reptile within 24 hours. To receive credit, two high quality color photos of each animal must be sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .  Black and white, blurry, or low resolution pictures will not be accepted.  Please note that JMG Reptile may want pictures with certain specifications, so please contact us first.

Shipping Information

Once your order is paid for we can discuss a date for you to receive your purchase. We ship UPS next day day air for domestic shipments and have a live arrival guarantee. E-mail for more information regarding any questions on international orders.

We are a certified UPS shipper, and all orders shipping in the US are shipped via UPS over night.   The boxes are well insulated, and we use 40 hour heat packs or cold packs as the weather requires.   We manage all of this at a flat shipping cost of $45 per order, and will also cover for carrier error!


We are now accepting orders for the June Hamm Show.  If you are not able to make it to the Hamm Show, we now have delivery service to most European countries.  Large orders from the Hamm Show to Europe may be eligible for free shipping.  Please visit our website to view new updates.  If you are looking for a gecko not posted, please contact us; we have many geckos not posted.

If you are a European customer and cannot make it to the Hamm show to pick up an order, we can send the order to you from the show to anywhere in Europe for a shipping cost of only 49 Euros.

We can also arrange for free shipping on large orders going to Germany or the UK.   Please contact us for more details on these shippin options!


All other international orders that aren't listed above require a minimum purchase of $2500.   Shipping on international orders is usually from $250 to $500 and broker fees may also apply.   It is the responsibility of the purchaser to know the domestic importation requirements/laws of their country.   Please do not purchase reptiles that are prohibited by the laws of your country and are illegal to own where you reside.


Payment Information

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.   We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.   We are also able to accept Money Orders, Cashier Checks, and Personal Checks - please note that all checks must clear prior to shipping.

If you wish to place an animal on hold, we will accept a 25% non-refundable deposit of the cost of the reptile in order to do so.   The reptile will remain on hold for two weeks.   If the reptile isn't paid for in full after the two weeks, the deposit is forfeited unless otherwise agreed upon.  For bank transfers e-mail us for more information.
